I have purchased watches at other locations (previously Tourneau) and this location by far has the best customer service and client experience. I will never visit another location again as I was appreciated and respected by Daniel. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend visiting the store and you have my loyalty for future purchases!

It's been almost a year that I own it now but memories of my first purchase are still fresh. Chris, was so amazing that I reached out to him to help me get another watch this year that my wife was interested and he was transparent with when to expect and accordingly he called me one fine day to come pick it up. She is willing to help, listen, and patient enough to provide feedback and dedication for all of her clients. I really liked how she was willing to show and tailor to me the right Datejust that personally fits me and my style. I really look forward to working with and seeing her more in the near future! I especially like this boutique, given how open everyone was, not only Amanda, but also Lisa, David, Lyle, and Shelia made this boutique a personable yet heartwarming experience. They provide an arrangement of different drinks, except for alcohol. They also have chocolate too, which is truly a sweet touch and compliment to your drink!
