  Do not buy any items online from this store for pickup. I bought a belt online for pickup as apparently they could not ship this item to my home and it said it would be ready for pickup today. I then drove for 2 hours and the status "Preparing for shipping" wouldn't go away so I called customer service and I was told my item would be ready in 2 hours. It's been 6 hours and the status remains the same. I called again and all it was promissed was that my order will now be ready only for tomorrow. Now, I'm gonna have to drive back home and come back tomorrow for an item that is already charged on my credit card. Why would a belt take an entire day for an ordinary in store pickup? Just avoid this store at all costs!

  Haben die Warensicherung bei einem Pullover nicht weggenommen und als ich angerufen habe, war die am Telefon unglaublich frech! Kein Tschüss, kein Lösungsvorschlag und morgen geht es schon wieder zurück nachhause. Arrogant. Auch wollen sie alles einkassieren, da es ihnen um Provision geht

  This is the most unorganized Nordstrom Rack I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot in other busy cities. Absolutely nothing was in any kind of order. It was an overwhelming experience and it actually wasn’t the busiest one we’ve been to. I’ve seen others with bigger crowds that are still more organized. There were employees walking around telling customers it was store policy for the customers to put the items back. Yes, while the customers should do that, the employees should be assisting and also help tidying but shouldn’t be saying that to the customers. The store needs a big overhaul, if it were better organized customers would be able to help keep it that way…but when you start with a disaster it’s not going to improve.

  I’m writing to report an upsetting experience I had at your 14th Street Nordstrom Rack location While shopping in the accessories section, I asked a sales associate for the price of a jewelry piece. She rolled her eyes and told me to “wait a second” in a dismissive tone. This behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. I expect Nordstrom Rack employees to treat customers with professionalism and courtesy at all times. Because this conduct was unacceptable, I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action—up to and including termination

  Zero stars. Deplorable service. I came in to return one item out of four purchased two weeks ago. The employee, CAMELIA G., immediately accused me of wearing the shoes -- a completely baseless accusation. I explained that they were in the exact condition I purchased them in and have not been worn. She continued to insinuate I was lying, rolled her eyes, and said she'd make a one time exception before flinging the shoes into the corner. Another male employee came by to inspect the shoes and condescendingly say "mmm you should've taken a picture." I certainly will if I ever shop here again. This event occurred at 10:41AM on 11/1/25. There were about 30 people waiting in line to purchase and return items, and only ONE cashier open until CAMELIA G. arrived to open another register and offer her disgusting service. I've worked retail before and this service is completely unacceptable. If you are incapable of professionalism, a customer-facing role is not for you, nor is any job for that matter.
