  Horrible service. I ordered an item online for same day pickup. The website showed it was available in store, yet 3–4 hours went by with no notification. When I arrived and spoke to someone at Order Pickup, they told me the fulfillment team had already gone home and they couldn’t retrieve my order. I asked for a manager, and he contacted a team member about my order. She then said she couldn’t find the item, they didn’t have the size I purchased, and she also couldn’t cancel the order herself she needed her manager to do it. So I had to wait even longer while she tried to get that done. The wait time, the run around, and the unprofessionalism were unbelievable. I don’t understand how staff can be working there without knowing where items are located or how to use the technology required for their job. This was a completely frustrating and disappointing experience.

  I ordered online and this place was amazing went on break to grab my package and they were ready for me. I loved tht about them,prompt friendly service A+++ service will always go back

  This store is great. The shoe section is on point! I have bought many outfits from here over the years. They carry a lot of good brands at discounted prices. The lines are often very long, however, that's the only drag. You should go.

  I had a terrible experience in this Nordstrom Rack. I was shopping in the shoe section when an associate hit me from behind with a large metal cart. The heel of my foot was hit, it knocked my shoe off. I yelled out in pain. My heel was bleeding, he didn’t stop or ask if I was ok. I almost fell, he just kept on going into the storage room. Another associate saw that I was bleeding and brought me two bandaids. I should have asked for the manager but I was in pain and just wanted to get out of the store. I was in town to support a friend running the marathon. I love NYC and I have always loved shopping at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Not anymore!

  I am not too sure how Nordstrom plans on improving the customer service experience when they deny their loyal paying customers the usage of previously available restrooms. It is unfortunate that in this day and age when other establishments are partial to the biological needs of their clients, this establishment is losing it's class and customer service and going in the direction of a McDonalds or a Dunkin Donuts with archaic hostile consumer practices. They are expanding this business model to other locations and ensuring their reputability goes to the toilet. They can comment and make excuses on my review, but that does not deny the fact that they will not improve the experience unless they listen to their paying customers and serve their needs accordingly. They will lose business as clients seek out needs at other friendly establishments that do not engage in as such .
