I contacted costumer service just to get the run around. I finally had a response once the store was closed stating the store had issues with the online orders, but my order would be ready tomorrow. I intently ordered for same day pickup as I had an event to go to the same night and needed the ordered items. I think it was really irresponsible to not be warned that there were “issues” as I could have made other arrangements. Please avoid ordering for same day pickup.

As a belated birthday gift to my wife, Abbi, I set up a one-hour personal shopping experience on 11/8 while we were in the City for a work conference. To our great fortune, Tania was assigned as our personal stylist. Tania was sweet, fun, and unbelievably talented. Tania's willingness to spend the time to get to know Abbi beforehand and understand her style and apparel needs was incredible. When we arrived on Saturday morning, the experience was seamless. Tania and all of the staff went out of their way to make us feel like MVPs from start-to-finish. We were both absolutely blown away by her customer service and her willingness to go above-and-beyond to make this not only one of the highlights of our trip to NYC, but one of the most fun days we can remember having in a really long time. Tania's pre-selected outfits and apparel were beautiful, and I'm still blown away by how well she was able to match Abbi's style without having even met her before. One of the things that stood out the most, was Tania's ability to simultaneously balance style, quality, and value. Tania was able to really elevate Abbi's wardrobe with some stunning pieces and assembles, and was able to do so within our budget. Tania also introduced us to some new brands that we had never heard of before that Abbi absolutely LOVES. Words are hardly adequate to describe how thankful we are for Tania's time and expertise. Thank you!

I walked into the store close to closing time and the employees were so friendly and said they have people shopping up to two hours past closing time and to take my time. Of course I did not keep them that long and quickly found what I wanted to buy. The store was beautiful, the selection was great. I don’t have a Nordstrom where I live and the closest one is not very good so I really enjoyed being able to come here and try some things on in person and shop in a pleasant clean environment.

I’ll admit, the beauty section usually overwhelms me since I’m not very familiar with makeup, but Astan completely changed that. From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with the warmest smile and such a positive attitude. She was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and helped me find the perfect gift for my mom. Astan made the whole experience fun and stress-free, she explained products clearly, gave thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or out of place. It’s rare to meet someone who’s both so knowledgeable and genuinely kind.
