  I have purchased many Giorgio Armani products over the years, and since COVID I’ve transitioned most of my shopping online. Whether in-store or online, my experiences have always been pleasant—until now. My recent experience with GA Madison has been truly astonishing, and not in a good way. A few weeks ago, I visited the Madison store to have the sleeves on a blazer shortened. The sleeves were slightly long, a common and easily fixable issue. A staff member measured and pinned the sleeves and told me the tailoring would be finished in about a week. Since I don’t live in NYC, I kindly asked that the finished blazer be shipped to my home. That’s when everything started to go wrong. After my first inquiry about the status of the blazer, the staff texted me saying it had shipped via FedEx the next day. When no package arrived, I reached out again—they responded quickly and said they would ship it immediately. What followed was unbelievable: despite having measured, pinned, and marked the sleeves, the blazer arrived with absolutely no tailoring done. Nothing was altered. The sleeves were exactly as long as before(see attached photos).This level of service—at a luxury brand, no less—is shocking. Beyond the inconvenience, it’s also an issue of honesty. If tailoring is not going to be done, or if it has been delayed, simply tell me. I would have happily taken it to a local tailor and avoided this entire ordeal. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise avoiding GA Madison.

  Everything is a bit expensive however some price match is there . I bought a aqua do dio on regular price like other stores . Very friendly staffs . Highly recommended . Thanks

  Trato brillante, esas camisas, los complementos estrella de Giorgio Armani los encuentras en esta tienda. Le regalé a mi marido 2 camisas que son un fondo de armario (un clásico de la firma), también nos llevamos un fular precioso que utiliza con frecuencia. Me encanta Armani por su diseño, la calidad de sus prendas. Estoy deseando volver a Armani Boutiue de Madison en NY!
