- NBNelson BlackMay 19, 20241.0I’d give this store a rating of 0 if I could. The employees gossip about customers, while they’re shopping and they’re very condescending to black people. I came by to get my wife a gift for Mother’s Day recently, and I was window shopping to see what I wanted to select. There’s a pregnant, short lady that’s there, and she’s just the worst. Her attitude, her body language is very degrading. It’s like she wanted me to get out of the store for simply looking. I also overheard them tell their security to keep watch on me, and that broke me. I own several businesses in LA, and my wife and I were in town. Very rude, degrading, low level or customer service. If I was white, the experience would’ve been different for sure. And there’s another employee, with a bald spot and a mustache, he’s very chatty and seemed very disengaged with the clients he was giving a presentation on a Peekaboo. This store is a mess. But I’ll be sure to never return. I had no idea my blackness would’ve been a problem. I eventually got my wife a bag from Louis Vuitton across the hallway in Hudson Yards. I was treated with respect.
