***Dior representatives and many customers need to read this. I truly love Dior, and I’ve visited many boutiques around the world, but I have never encountered anyone as rude and dismissive as one particular staff member here. I visited on Saturday, November 22nd in the afternoon. Every other employee was incredibly kind, but the blonde, slightly older female associate in the fine jewelry section on the 3rd floor was shockingly rude and spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. She does not represent Dior in any way, lacks basic customer service skills, and carries an attitude full of arrogance and poor professionalism. I came in hoping to find a piece of jewelry to gift my mother, but after only a few of her comments, my mood and my entire day were ruined. The beautiful jewelry on that floor no longer felt beautiful at all. I believe this is a very serious issue. It felt as if her words and behavior undermined the history, value, and elegance that Dior stands for. As someone who genuinely loves Dior and shops frequently, I’d like to say this: If Dior truly cares about its brand reputation, beauty, and heritage, the first thing you must pay attention to is the attitude of your employees. Product quality, marketing, and branding are important, but in the end, the first point of contact for customers is the staff. If that staff member damages the brand’s image and makes customers feel uncomfortable, it will never lead to a purchase. I will never return to this store again, solely because of her. Please review any other feedback you may have received about this associate, and if possible, consider placing someone more qualified in such a significant department especially on a floor that sells high-value fine jewelry. I am confident that doing so will benefit your sales, customer trust, and overall brand reputation. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I recently visited the new flagship store on 57th Street with my daughter to find shoes for her upcoming wedding welcome party. While the store itself is beautiful, the experience was extremely disappointing and so unpleasant. When we went up to the second floor where the shoes are displayed, there were about six or seven employees standing together—looking at their phones and chatting. Despite clearly noticing us, no one approached or offered assistance. After waiting several minutes, I finally had to motion with my hand to get someone’s attention. Only then did one female associate instruct a male associate to help us. We later found out his name was Bruno. What made this even more frustrating was that we were the only customers in the entire department at the time. With a luxury brand, you expect attentive service—especially when there are no other customers. When Bruno came over to us, we asked him about the heel height of a shoe. He casually guessed, “maybe 4 inches?”—which we knew was wrong. When we questioned it again, he checked his phone and finally said it was 2 inches. Not only was this careless, but it also made it clear he had no real interest in helping us. He then walked away and disappeared without offering any further assistance. I had to call out loudly across the floor to ask for help again and point out how inappropriate it was for him to simply leave us standing there. Thankfully, a different female associate eventually assisted us, and she was wonderful. Unfortunately, the store did not have the size we needed, and we left without making a purchase. The overall atmosphere was arrogant, snobbish, and dismissive. I’ve shopped at many other luxury houses and have never been treated this poorly. This store clearly has no respect for its customers. I will never return to this flagship store again.

The staff is very friendly when you enter but the inside is just absolutely gorgeous. It’s a garden and art all at once. Even to just walk around it’s like walking through flowers and a garden and then a museum of Dior. I highly recommend.
