She was patient, kind, and the doorman was very welcoming. I am looking forward to bring my granddaughter to the store to pick out her gift.

We were let in by the worker holding the door and when we walked it there was no attendant who greeted us. There was just one helping another customer so we went over to test some bags. My husband held the bag (it has a string attached to it and it is for you to try) and some guy came over and said to wait on the other side of the counter for an attendant and then he walked away. (1st he never greeted us, he only came over when we were looking some bags and he rudely told us to wait for an attendant. 1st of all why were we let in if you aren’t even going to have an attendant in the first place. 2nd the way he ignored us the whole time but when we started seeing the bags he literally walked Over just to basically tell us not to touch the bags and wait for an attendant and then he walked away… I felt disrespected. Like he didn’t want us to touch the bags or didn’t think we were going to buy anything so he didn’t even bother talking to us until we were trying the bags. And then he rudely told us to wait for an attendant. After we were already in the store for a few minutes. I also felt it might have been discriminatory considering a white attendant was helping white customers and my husband and the other two people we were with are asian.
