Roamed around for 15 mins checking things out and no one cared to even ask me if I needed assistance. Staff is giggling and chatting, checking out Instagram. Finally I asked for help from one lady. She said someone would be my way in a few. I waited another 10 mins and no one shows up. Finally, I ask someone else on the floor for help. I mention to them that no one came to my assistance despite the assurance 10 mins back. And mind you, I do that in a polite tone. She makes a weird face and says she could help now. And this is supposed to be the flagship store? What is all that staff even doing? Never visiting this store again. Experience was so bad that I am typing this review as I stand outside the store. Wanted to share my disappointment before I head back home.
