Then after a while she just started being mean to my mother . She refused to open the T-shirt my mom wanted to see. She kept ignoring our requests and she kept rolling her eyes for every question we asked. With this experience we decided not to buy anything and started walking out of the store and she commented “Thank you for wasting my time “ . That is worst customer service I have ever experienced. It came from a place of hatred and really hurt our sentiments. I would never recommend anyone to go to this store, and if the store manager is still working there you really need to learn professionalism.

On top of BOSS using great materials that last forever, it was nice to be treated with real attention and care. I spent about half an hour looking for the right suit jacket, and the guy who helped me was super patient and knew exactly what he was talking about. That’s how it should be in stores like this.
