She seemed extremely arrogant. Interestingly enough, I walked to the Prada store down the street where I found the bag I was looking for and worked with the most helpful sales associate!

I returned it because my son wasn't a big fan, and the female who works there is refusing to handle the return. She has everything (FedEx delivered), however —she is purposely waiting for the grace period to expire, so I'm screwed—because she called me and promised to process it eventually.
