- LLL LApr 18, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Celine boutique inside Saks NYC. Last Saturday, I purchased a gift with the help of a sales associate named Anastasiia, and asked her to ship it directly to the recipient. She told me she would text me the tracking number once it was shipped. By Wednesday, I still hadn’t received any tracking info, so I called the store. Her colleague told me she was off that day, took down my number, and promised to pass on the message. I waited all Thursday morning with no response. That afternoon, I called the store four more times, but still couldn’t reach her. Again, a colleague said they would let her know—but as of today, I’ve still heard nothing. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a luxury brand. The lack of communication, follow-up, and basic professionalism is shocking. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. If Celine cannot provide even the most basic customer support, I seriously question its standards and commitment to its clients.
