We went and asked if they make returns and his literal answer is if they broke after 14 days of buying them theres nothing we will do even if it was a flaw. He did t even aak to see the glasses or verify when they were bought. Example of failed customer service. *Update for now- returned to speak with the manager who was a lot more polite and at least will try to find a poasible solution.
