I placed a significant order for my father’s military funeral, 2 standing veterans sprays and a red, white and blue wreath to surround his urn for delivery before his military service. They were late, and I sat there as they brought this order in while my entire family watched. Outright disgraceful. I should have gone with my florist who is dependable and doesn’t embarrass me in front of my family as all of the floral displays were delivered and Naval officers waited in the hallway. I will never recommend them to anyone. Particularly when I paid for, and specified the exact delivery time for his military service. The displays were well-done, but timeliness is essential for a funeral service, as every floral business that I have ever done business with knows full and well, particularly for funerals; and delaying Naval officers because they were not delivered on-time is simply unprofessional and not acceptable. Moreover, they should not have been delivered through the service door in front of my father’s family and friends and rather carried in from the front door. It was an embarrassment and disgraceful. **I don’t need your $200 refund. I placed an order for a Naval funeral and your business’ unprofessional behavior truly should be reflected so everyone knows how you operate.
