  We had a great experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store thanks to our excellent and incredibly helpful salesperson Ellen. My wife and I traveled from New Jersey for a wedding in Schroon Lake. Unfortunately, in our rush to get on the road, we left behind her new Ralph Lauren dress. We found the Lake George store online about a half hour away, and we explained our predicament to Ellen. She asked what the dress we had looked like, and she found one that was similar, a perfect fit, and as an added bonus was on sale. Ellen was friendly, patient, and understanding. To top it off, my wife numerous compliments for the dress.

  Let me first start off by saying I hate writing negative reviews and let me follow that with I love Polo, and when I say I love polo I mean it as in I’m a true collector, I have pieces that range from your basic small pony sweater, to the Snow Beach and Stadium 1992 collections, I’ve been collecting for a good 2 decades now. I went into your Lake George location the other day to shop around for myself and grab my daughter some back to school items, I was then followed non stop by an employee of yours named Tracy, and when I mean followed I mean everytime I took a few steps to look elsewhere this women was right there hovering like a weirdo. After noticing this after like the 5th time I finally said something to her, she proceeded to act like she was just trying to be helpful when she clearly wasn’t in the slightest. I continue to shop around for my daughter while she continued to stay in my area and she then asks if I need help again and I told her “No, but I would like your name for this review I’m going to write” she then gives me a fake name (the cashier told me her real one), I proceed to head to the checkout after only purchasing a few items after planning on getting most her school shopping done there. Honestly my blood was boiling so bad that I just needed to get out of there, never in my life has someone made me feel like this at a Polo store and I can only imagine she’s done this to other people as well.

  Great customer service!! They were definitely so helpful.. prices were great especially now the store is a tier 4 so that means they are the cheapest prices of all the polo stores I got a winter jacket originally $349. Marked down to 149 and 25% off 2x which it was like $80 and then hoodie originally $198 marked down to $80 and then 25% off 2x so I think I paid $45 and sweat pants they We’re on sale for like $38. I don’t know the original price cause I haven’t gotten them yet. They had to order me Them in a bigger size they only had small and mediums, but they are no problem going above and beyond to help

  Tried on a shirt and wanted to purchase it and gave it to the salesperson and they put it back on display and another customer bought the shirt I wanted to buy and it was the only one that was in my size. Very disappointed 😞. Staff and manager were horrible. Looking for another store to purchase from because I do like the product but not the service.
