It’s not often during shopping experiences in any retail stores where you meet people who are not only very genuinely kind but go above and beyond with customer service and knowledge of products. Definitely my best experience thus far at this store.

How is it that I walk in and immediately you shut me off telling me you will not take back a return that I got as a gift. Seems completely racist.
