We were unsure of the jacket we were purchasing for my son because of sizing. However both times he greeted us with a smile and even talked to us about signing up for a coupon. Both times he was the only one to offer assistance. He gave exceptional support and encouragement for us to make this purchase. If it hadn’t been for him I would’ve put a negative star to be honest.
