I asked an employee if I could get them to bring a piece of furniture out for me, and he got an attitude and said that they don’t do that, but he also wouldn’t allow us to take it out ourselves, so we had to go pick it up around back, and the same employee brought it out and he got rude again. There was another employee who was around back and he was nice and asked if we needed help etc, but the other guy doesn’t need to be working here if he’s going to treat customers like that. He also snatched the receipt from us when he came outside. You need to be careful who you hire because if that guy keeps acting like that he’s going to get knocked out cold. Mocking or making fun of customers and smarting off to customers like he did also is not good if you expect people to come back to your store.
