- LHLauren HNov 7, 20251.0Ever since my wonderful SA, Julia, left, I have heard absolutely nothing from the boutique. I have been an extremely loyal client and I used to be contacted at least weekly and now it's complete silence. The fact that no one has contacted me and no one has assigned a new SA to me speaks volumes about this particular boutique. I'm extremely disappointed and had much higher expectations for a Van Cleef boutique.
- FWFiona WangAug 31, 20252.0The sales who served us today was a very rude lady. Her selling style was very aggressive- she made sarcastic jokes about cheaper bracelets, saying those are for kids. When we said we needed to think about it - she said which ones? She could make the online order for us right now. The whole experience was terrible. For that reason, we walked away.

Not only did he provide me info on the brand and various products, but he provided service beyond my expectations. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kevin for other pieces in the future.
