  This was one of the most shocking and offensive retail experiences I’ve ever had. I called 30 minutes before arriving and spoke with Liz, who was absolutely lovely. She said they had the cute scrubs I wanted and even better quality ones in stock. That’s the only reason I came to the store. When I got there, I was on the phone and taking my time. I also had my two Maltese in a stroller. Another woman came up because she also owns a Maltese and was excited to see mine (especially since one of mine is only two pounds). We exchanged a few words, as dog owners do. Out of nowhere, the manager stormed over, cut me off because I was speaking Spanish, and in a hostile, aggressive tone accused us of doing a “Craigslist meetup” instead of shopping. He told us to get out. I was floored. I explained that I had called ahead, that I was there to shop, and that I didn’t appreciate his disgusting attitude. His response? “Either accept my apology or get out. Or are you going to go on and on about this?” That is not an apology, that is arrogance. He has no accountability, no respect, and no business managing a store. It gets worse. When I asked his name, he flat out refused and smugly said, “I’m the manager, you don’t need my name.” When I took a picture instead, he threatened to call the cops. Imagine that, a manager so unprofessional that instead of giving his name, he hides behind intimidation and threats. Taking a picture is not illegal, but his behavior absolutely should be. This man has serious attitude problems, and it’s no wonder the store is empty and drowning in bad reviews. Who would want to shop here when the so-called manager treats customers with hostility, bias, and zero professionalism? Liz was kind, but her good service can’t save this store from collapsing under such toxic, incompetent management.

  Needed the same color scrubs but different fit for school because the ones from school are uncomfortable. The manager was able to take me right where I needed to go and got me the right color scrubs quickly! I will be back for more scrubs!
