  Fantastic Experience Shoutout to Mr. Q who helped me obtain my first Rolex! From the moment i walked in, i was treated with respect and with a friendly attitude. He helped me figure out what size would fit me better according to my own opinion of how it looks on the wrist and how comfortable it was for me. At the end of the day, I was able to come to a conclusion and expressed my interest for this classic and timeless piece. Thanks again to the LV Luxury team! 🫰

  I was in town for a work trip recently and decided to stop in and have a conversation and look at a few watches my local dealer didn’t have. It was a Tuesday evening and I was the only person in the store. Three associates were working and they seemed bothered when I walked in. After not having the one watch I really wanted to look at (the medium blue op) I made the comment my wife had a candy pink 31mm and I was bummed when they brought they color back in 2025. I was more or less told by Jessica I was an idiot and they never stopped making that watch. At that point I should have walked out but they were my first stop so I also inquired about there process of selling watches since I was in town fairly often for work. Long story short they took my information but basically said we’ll never call you. I visited every other dealer and you were the only one to treat me like this. I debated on posting this but after talking with a friend that had a similar experience this past week I figured I’d share. I get I’m a small fish in a big pond but at least be respectful and know your product.

  Amazing experience here at LV Luxury Rolex Boutique! I set up an appointment via email and Christine promptly helped connect me with Qusey for my visit. During our appointment I was able to try on a few models I had been looking for. Qusey was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. He has a genuine appreciation for the brand and his passion for watches made for a memorable experience. He took down my information for the 2 timepieces I was interested in and I was pleasantly surprised that a few weeks later one of the pieces I had been dreaming of became available for me. Qusey thoughtfully gave me a few days to come pick it up and I booked a flight over the same week. Thank you Qusey and Christine for warmly welcoming me and my family genuinely and for making the purchase process so smooth and memorable! I can’t recommend LV Luxury enough for their amazing team and commitment to their clients!
