5 star experience from the moment we walked in; cordial, welcoming, approachable, and warm. The first day we visited the store, the watch I wanted was not for sale so we were encouraged to try other stores and return the next day in case they had new inventory. We returned the next day and they offered a beautiful piece very close to what I was looking for. Between Rances and Sasha, they made my Rolex dream come true. They added the cherry on top to our Thanksgiving trip to Vegas and our long quest for the right piece. I cannot be more grateful.
