We had been to a few other designer stores, and we all agreed that the man who helped us was a gem. I really wish I could remember the name of the employee that helped my friends and I - he was so helpful! From NY. We learned so much about the brand and he made us feel so comfortable to look around and ask questions! Super knowledgeable. When we walked in the store, all the staff welcomed us! The man who helped us told us that the store was only a month old. Told us to feel comfortable to hold and look at any items. He explained to us about the health benefits of the Tabi style shoes, sampled the line of replica perfumes, and started a very real and genuine conversation with us! It was such an enjoyable experience! Going into a store and feeling like you are pressured to buy a product is overwhelming and off-putting. These staff members really care about what they are selling and the customers that come into the store.
