  I shop at Chanel regularly across different locations worldwide. During this visit, when I asked a normal product-related question, the sales associate responded with laughter that felt mocking rather than professional. This made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Such behavior reflects insufficient staff training and does not meet Chanel’s expected service standards.

  The service was excellent, our consultant Adriana was friendly and knowledgeable. When we told her what we were looking for she knew exactly what we had in mind. She pulled out the earrings so we could see what they had. They not only had the one we were looking for but my wife saw another pair she also likedso we ended up getting two pairs of earrings for her as a Christmas and anniversary gift. It was totally worth it to be able to get both pairs while we were on the ship since you can't order nearly on line. She also said if we ever have any problems with the stones which we shouldn't, too bring them in to get repaired. The price was also better than what I thought it was going to be. She even put a bow and set it up as a present and while doing so she explained some of the meaning on how they wrap and stuff. So glad we decided to visit this location instead of the Beverly Hills location.

  Thank you Gigi for always making me feel welcome with a smile! She really made my birthday memorable and I ended getting my first Chanel handbag by her! Always takes good care of me. I can thanks Gigi for making me fall in love with Chanel again!

  I had such a wonderful shopping experience at the Chanel boutique inside the Wynn Las Vegas! I was thrilled to find a beautiful backpack that I’ve been searching for everywhere — it’s such a rare find, and I couldn’t believe they had it in stock. The sales associate who helped me was incredibly kind and attentive. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, with just the right balance of helpfulness and professionalism. If you're a Chanel lover visiting Vegas, definitely stop by this location — you might just find something special like I did!

  I recently visited the Chanel boutique at the Wynn Hotel, and I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff was attentive and helpful, making the shopping experience enjoyable. The prices are definitely on the high end, but that’s expected with Chanel. They had an impressive selection, and I found a beautiful sweater that I’m really happy with. Overall, a great experience for anyone looking for luxury fashion and excellent service. I’ll definitely consider coming back next time I’m in Vegas
