I bought a diamond ring about a week ago, didn't got the certificate, left with the promise of they will mail it to me... nothing yet. Also had the issue the very next day, one of the prongs fell while going in the uber to the airport. call the next day concerning about quality and why this happen. The answer was just take it to a jeweler and get it repair. Not what i expect from a "High End Boutique", firts time having such as careless attention and costumer service.

He extend his wrist when you ask if they have a certain model in the store. I went to reserve a watch at an other watchmaker instead. Never going back at this brand in Vegas
