  Super weird people working here… I tried to return a bag, and the lady wouldn’t let me return it because she claimed that it was dirty but funny another prada let me return it that was right down the road… And I came back there the next day to see if I wanted to change out colors and they all looked at me crazy in there. It’s funny because I think they’re forgetting that they just work there. I don’t know what’s going on with their egos lol

  Don’t go into this Prada or frankly any other one if you don’t look like you’re “rich” because the employees will stare you down and treat you like you’re going to steal. My husband and I were on a trip in Vegas and I was genuinely interested in purchasing something from Prada, even if it was something smaller. We were wearing normal t-shirts and shorts, as at the time it was hot outside and we planned to do other activities. We walked into this store specifically. The moment we walked in it already felt like we weren’t supposed to be there and it was very uncomfortable. We were asked a total of maybe 5-10 times in the 5 minutes we ended up spending in there if we needed anything. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, and I can tell the difference between genuine help and concern that you're going to steal. It got to the point it was obvious they were watching us like hawks, and made me feel extremely embarrassed for even going in there. Despite me considering purchasing something before walking in, I decided we should leave and that I had no interest in purchasing from a store, or a company, that had employees that treat people who just don’t look like they have money like this. I feel like this store and at least the employees present that day had never learned the basic principle we all learn as children: not to judge a book by its cover. I truly hope this store and its employees learns how to treat other human beings in the future, because it was just ridiculous.

  Looked me up and down before denying me entry to a location, in the casino I’m staying at. Had to convince the door man to let me in after being obviously profiled. Still purchased a bag with my fiancée. No one should go to this location terrible service.

  Joy is the best. She was so sweet and attentive and a ray of sunshine. I've wanted a pair of Prada sunglasses since I was 13, and she helped make that dream come true with her assistance and care! ❤️

  I currently live in salt lake city and needed a gift for my brother. I called another Prada store to locate an item they directed me to this location in Vegas. They had the only pair of the sunglasses i was looking for, everyone else was sold out. I called and spoke with Joel. I can not praise him enough. He helped me through the whole process of getting my brother out there to try on the pair of glasses I needed for him. FIVE STARS ALL DAY!!!!!!! This location will always have the first shot at my business before any others.
