  Absolutely outstanding experience – Maja deserves 10 stars if possible! From the moment I walked in, Maja greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel like a VIP. She listened carefully to what I was looking for, patiently explained every detail about the watches I was interested in, and shared her impressive knowledge. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and sincerity truly set her apart. Maja is a true gem and the main reason I’ll be coming back to Rolex LV. Thank you, Maja – you’re simply amazing!   Dear Rolex Boutique Wynn Las Vegas Family, I just wanted to take the time to come here and express how grateful I am to have met your sales associate Nicole. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with nothing but respect and the ultimate professionalism. I truly appreciate and admired the way she took care of me, as I’m sure that is how she treats all of her clients. Nicole not only catered to my timepiece but also helped me purchase an early Christmas gift for mom. 5 stars is not enough for Nicole, I hope to see you and the Wynn Boutique family again soon!   I put my name on the list after buying a watch from this store with my brother, after two and half years my sales person sent me a message that my name has come up and they had the watch for me I told her I’m out of town and I’ll be there in a few days to get the watch, when I went to the store to get the watch I was told my sales person is off and they can’t help me I was told to come back the next day, they notified me by text and mail and I confirmed with the sales person when I went there to get the watch they had numerous sales people to help me out why would they were insisting to come back the next day to be honest I think they sold the watch to someone else I was furious because I drove a long distance in a very rainy day and was very excited to receive my watch after waiting for two and half years, they had a lot of sales people just standing doing nothing to help me out but they told me to come back they can’t help me, they think they’re selling life saving products and doing the customer big favor, the sales people are very stack up rude at this store, they make you feel unwelcomed and unwanted, I had horrible experience I will never go to this store ever again or any Rolex store.

  Absolutely the best! I first visited here looking to get my husband his first Rolex for his upcoming birthday. I worked with Nicole who is amazing! Nicole was wonderful in helping me with the process of getting on a list for his watch preferences. Crossed my fingers hoping something would come up in time and sure enough Nicole called me about a beautiful bluest that was available. She was off on the only day we could make it in, but she helped set up an appointment with another sales associate, Manny. Manny was also amazing and instrumental in assisting us as first timers feel comfortable and made the whole experience so special! My husband is so happy and we could not be thankful enough to both Nicole and Manny!

  I had a very pleasant experience stopping by the Wynn Rolex store to register my interest. Being a watch noob, Franco took time to explain the history and craft as well as learning about why I am interested in buying a watch (present for my brother who knows more about watches). I did go to another store on his recommendation where the experience was quite different. I was brushed off without even registering - needless to say I won’t go back there. If I ever do end up buying a Rolex it will be from the Wynn store!
