They ask for my phone number, it’s not in the system for their rewards points but my receipt for which I had a return for had that info. They were asking me to sign up without checking the receipt to see if was already a member. I ended up adding all my info in anyway for a return. Then, I ask what card I purchased with and she says “ oh it doesn’t matter just use whichever one” uhh, what? So I checked the receipt that had the last 4 of the card I used Good experience shopping and good customer service but deff need more training on systems
