The cantaloupe was so hard I had to use two hands to pull it off the stick it was tasteless. The honeydew tasted old. Some were soft others were brick hard. I didn’t even have it two days and the pineapples were starting to brown. The strawberry’s had no taste they were light and out of season. There is NO WAY they didn’t know what they were sending out. People pay too much money for it to be just thrown away because you cant eat it. This is disgusting and I hope that this place closes. This is the second time I received a gift from this vineland location and could not eat either one of them. I hope they return the money that was spent on this worthless trash.

When they delivered it they did not have a balloon and I asked the driver he said they were on back order and they ran out. She advised me to call the store and tell them that I needed a refund for it. I then called the Bensalem store and was put on hold for 6 minutes hung up and tried back three times and was hung up on. I had to call online customer service for them to open a case for $5 it's absolutely ridiculous they finally tried to call me back they should have just refunded me the money I shouldn't have to chase them down if they didn't have what I ordered. Their prices are expensive and it's managed poorly

They told him they were too busy that day; they did refund him for the one item..and when we called about refunding him for the other the manager never returned our call. We called for one whole week, at least five times, and never received a call back for our refund. The vase the arrangement came in was chipped and broken. I would NOT recommend shopping here...order flowers or make your own fruit arrangement.
