  I would like to praise the store manager Nick Stahl at Van Cleef of the Short Hills Mall location! I own a Malachite Alhambra bracelet, which has been a thorn in my side since day one. I've had to replace the stones now for the 2nd time. I sent it to the jeweler yet again because another stone broke. They sent it out to have a "thorough analysis" done, deeming the stones pass their approval to have you spend $1,225 to replace all 5 when i only needed one replaced. Their policy is to replace ALL or NONE. Meaning, the stones can dull over time due to regular wear and tear; that's unacceptable to the jewelers eye. So, I was left with the possibility of having to walk around with a damaged bracelet or come out my pocket almost $1,300 bucks for the 2nd time in 2 years, due to their very unfair "policy". Nick Stahl saved the day as he got involved and decided to eat the entire cost to replace all the stones on their dime. He apologized profusely. He's extremely professional and a kind hearted man!!! If you only knew the health situation I am experiencing to have this happen for me is God's work! Thank you Nick! You are the man!!! I highly recommend this location as you have Nick working for you!

  Had a very bad experience. The female sales manager and her male associate are both cold and unwelcoming (particularly the male associate, seems he doesn’t like you to purchase here). Even though I liked the product, decided to buy elsewhere.

  I was shopping this week at VCA and was in the store 1st time even if I am always in Short Hills mall and Michael the SA helped me out picking a bracelet in my bucket list. It's a first item that I purchase at VCA and Michael makes my purchase feel special as he knows it's my first buy. He is very helpful, so professional and attentive. I will get another VCA bracelet someday at this VCA and will look for Michael. I had a pleasant time at the store. I will come again.

  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Michael at Van Cleef & Arpels, and I cannot say enough about how amazing the experience was. From start to finish, Michael went above and beyond! his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued and taken care of. He made the entire experience feel luxurious, personal, and so special. I genuinely felt like royalty. Michael was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. it’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do, and it made all the difference. The entire staff at the boutique was also so kind and accommodating. The energy, the service, the thoughtfulness… it was truly top-notch. Michael made this such a memorable and meaningful moment, and I’m beyond grateful. If you’re visiting the boutique, ask for Michael. You won’t regret it! Sofia and Mike

  As much as I rely on Google reviews, I admittedly never take the time to write one myself, however, in this case I feel like I must share my experience to benefit others. I cannot put into words how amazing my sales associate Fatou is. I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience in luxury retail the way I did with her, and I’ve only spoken to her twice now. Fatou truly deserves some recognition on how genuine and kind she is. I can confidently tell anyone that you’ll have the same experience with her and I cannot express my gratitude enough for her.
