I learned today they don't charge for hems in the men's department yet when I purchased a dress (no fancy sequin, double layers etc) they wanted to charge half the cost of the dress itself for a hem! I was inconvenienced significantly today for a total waste of time. Spoke to a manager and was basically told even though they completely understand my frustration they can't do anything about it.

Nordstrom Rack had mistakenly sent me the wrong item, and this store was supposed to send me the correct one. However, when I called the store on November 4, I was abruptly told that they couldn’t help me because they were “unable to process a payment,” even though my payment method was already saved on my account and had been used successfully for a previous purchase. It was very clear that the representative I spoke with wanted to end the call quickly and had no interest in helping me resolve the issue. I even asked if the item could be placed on hold so someone could come in person to pay for it, but my request was denied. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this location based on the lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist with a straightforward issue.
