  My mom and I visited the store to browse the scarves. The first time we went in everything was fine. My mom tried on a scarf but we left after 5 minutes as she also wanted to browse other stores. We went back shortly after with the intent to purchase. However, this time no one greeted us as we walked in. We walked around for a couple of minutes before a male associate finally came to our assistance. My mom tried the scarf on again, which is when I overheard the black female associate from the first time whispering to another associate, “She’s trying it on again.” I was disgusted by her attitude and unprofessionalism. We ended up purchasing but overall this has been my worst experience at a luxury store.

  Came here with intent to buy a bracelet for myself. The workers made me feel unwelcome and made it feel like they thought I didn’t have money. The lady kept exclaiming to me about how the fashion jewelry will tarnish eventually and it just made it seem like she wanted me to leave. If I’m paying over $1000 for something I’d like it to not tarnish within a month you’d think. Thought Louis had good quality? Go to dior or Prada next time they were much nicer there anyways.

  Love this store. They are the best in Nj and always have the amazing staff. Will say if your window shopping prob not the best place for you and you want to be a VIC here. They will go above and beyond for loyal clients .

  Went to louis vuitton at short hills mall today. A sales rep. was wearing a white top, black pants, she has long blonde braids, was very rude and disrespectful to the assistance that was assisting us. How can the fore front of a luxury company be rude to a coworker in front of customers. Her entire personality was rude and mean. She needs training on customer service and proper etiquette. She needs to wear a smile on her face daily.
