We chatted about cars and watches. My soon to be husband loves your brand and is hoping to purchase one for our big day. When I walked out, I had to tell her that she was really, really good. She was witty and was nice enough to offer us beverages. It was really nice to be received into a store with such a warm welcome.

The manager, Mohammad, kept asking me where I got my iwc from and why I didn’t buy it from them. The other sales ladies don’t know a thing about the brand including Gladys. If you’re going to the brand for an experience un knowledgeable staff and unhelpful, go here. For a much better experience, visit the botiques in New York City.

Leila, Rome, Alex and Gladys are always welcoming, professional and provide outstanding customer service when I visit. They are all very helpful and accommodating, have assisted me with two watch purchases so far, and I look forward to more. Kudos to the IWC Short Hills Team!

He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me choose my IWC Ingenieur. We arrived about an hour before closing, yet Alex never made us feel rushed—he took his time walking us through the details, answering all of our questions, and making sure I found the perfect watch. He even stayed well past closing (around 6:30 PM) to finish everything properly and ensure the experience felt special from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their clients and takes such pride in what they do. Alex exemplifies exceptional service and made my visit to IWC memorable. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re considering a timepiece!
