The store manager aka “Susan” was not helpful at all in solving a problem caused by one of the sales associates. She treated the business as if it’s a “mom and pop” store and her words are final . Her words to me were “ you don’t have to shop here if you are not happy”….This is astounding. Mom and pop stores have better customer relations and business mind-set than this. What’s most troubling is that Fendi is a trusted global luxury brand and this type of attitude towards customers should never exist at all. Shameful !!
