- SSSalsAug 12, 20254.0We visited this store on a Saturday afternoon. There was not much rush and we were warmly greeted and welcomed while entering the store. The store manager welcomed us first and then assigned a sales staff to us. The lady was very cooperative, courteous and knowledgeable of the Dior products. Although I had done some background research and entered the store with a certain product in mind, I wanted to see what it looked like in person and what were the other product options that I may like. She took some time to first understand my requirements and then offered to show me the same product in other color options which were not available online. She also showed other products that were similar to the product that I was looking for. I did not at all feel that she was being pushy to sell something in the higher price range. It is a small store but with good collection. I have been to other Dior stores and found the collection at this store to be pretty good with some latest products on the display at the store. They packed the product beautifully after purchase. Overall, it was a good experience shopping at this store.
