From the start, she took the time to truly understand the sentimental value behind each piece and thoughtfully guided me through ideas on how they could be reimagined into something wearable while preserving their character and history. Karen is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and creative. Her ability to balance respect for antique pieces with fresh design ideas made the whole consultation process enjoyable and reassuring.   Finding wedding bands for my fiancé and I has been a difficult journey. We stumbled upon Hamilton Jewlers in Princeton while walking down the Princeton shopping area, and we are so glad we did. The biggest reason we love Hamilton has to be Yvonne Eng. She goes above and beyond! She is very knowledgeable in her craft, and has passion for what she does! I had a vision of my wedding band and she brought it to life! She was patient, and meticulously crafted an image of the exact ring I imagined. She made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to work with. If you have any questions about jewelry or need help finding the perfect piece for yourself or a loved one, then Yvonne is your jeweler! She is a rockstar and you will not be disappointed. 11/10 recommendations!

  I've been a customer here for over six years after being introduced to Angie by a family member, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Angie is always a pleasure to work with and never without a smile. In fact, the entire staff is extremely pleasant—even the security guard at the back door, with whom I had a nice conversation while waiting a few moments during my most recent visit. They truly make their customers feel like family. Over the years, I've had several watches serviced here and have also purchased both new and certified pre-owned pieces. Every experience has been smooth and professional—never a single hiccup.
