- SVStacey Viers6 days ago1.0I have never experienced more terrible customer service than I did at this location. I purchased a "last chance" coat on 12/29. Within a week, the jacket had a small hole with feathers coming out of it, making it unwearable. I contacted customer service before making the drive back to the store to explain the situation, and they reassured me that a defective item could be brought back even though it was last chance. I returned to the store on 1/7 and was given no options or help. The woman working (I didn't catch her name) told me since I didn't have the tags or receipt, there was nothing she could do. Why would I keep the tags and receipt for an item I planned on keeping? I said maybe she could look up the item using my phone number or email. I even know the time and date I was in the store. She said no, she needs proof of purchase. Again, this is a defective item so I don't have that. She said all she could do was send it to corporate, but no guarantee of how much they would be willing to give me. I never heard of anything like that before. Last chance or not, $100 is still a lot to spend on an item that is unusable a week later. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and I would recommend anyone steer clear of this location.

They had uniform try-on but no variety of what they sell online. They had computers to order children's clothes online, but that experience was bad as well. I had to add my items back into the cart like 5 times. The adult clothing is nice quality and the people who worked there were very nice and helpful.
