The two female employees on duty acted in a way that clearly discouraged us from making a purchase. Their behavior felt openly discriminatory and completely unwelcoming. Such conduct is unacceptable and far from the level of professionalism a brand like Columbia should uphold. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously and appropriate action to be taken regarding the staff involved. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location, and I will be advising others to avoid it as well. This is not the standard customers expect from Columbia.
