- YLYanni LoorNov 17, 20251.0I got here 9:55pm and this guys right here “herby” didn’t let me go in and purchase because he said they were close, I was being very polite and I pleas asked him to let me buy that it was gonna take less than 1 minute to get what I needed but he insisted that they were close, he was rude , I was clearly there 5 minutes before 10pm. For someone that’s new to this store it’s a pretty bad look and I will never come here again because the staff don’t like to work and they want close early so they can go home. I’ve been to many different dispensaries last minute and they do let me buy they are nice, not this guys!!!

I wrote to complain and not even the courtesy of a reply Today, 11/14 received a Call from Jimmy , the AGM of Fort Lee who apologized wholeheartedly and is taking care of the situation and alerting their quality control people as to the problem. Was glad to see the situation was totally and resolved with respect.
