  Wanna give a huge shoutout to Omar! From the moment I walked in, he was so helpful and knowledgeable on all of the different types of coats (But specifically the vests which I was looking for). He explained the differences and allowed me to try a bunch of them on to see how they fit. Even though the specific material/style of vest I wanted is no longer made, Omar immediately got on the phone with another store all the way in California and was able to find one for me in the exact color and size and ship it here. Incredible customer service!! I know someone else mentioned this, but you can tell he truly goes above and beyond to get what the customer is searching for and not just a sale.

  Canada Goose's return policy is absolutely terrible： I purchased a jacket from the Canada Goose website on January 19th (1007.10 including tax). Then, on January 29th, I returned it to this store with the original packaging because I tried it on and felt the size was too small. The staff said it was fine and could be sent back to their office. However, today, February 13th, their office sent the jacket back to me without the original packaging, saying it had an odor and couldn't be returned. I had only tried it on briefly, and they put it back in the box! Canada Goose's service is truly terrible. Please choose carefully.
