This man doesn't even look at costumers face and he tricked you with prices like we are not well educated individuals. Disrespectful & unacceptable. !!!! Dear Hugo Boss: As a repeating brand buyer for years simply replace him by the 2 younger, friendly and educated boys with good bedside manners. You will have better sale. !

You’d think their shoes were personally hand stitched in an Italian coastal villa with their pretentious and snobby attitude instead of cheap, mass-produced, poor quality products littered with logos turning you into a walking billboard. It seems others share this sentiment about their atrocious staff but management doesn’t seem to care. I’d strongly recommend not patronizing this store.

I tried to ask the gentlemen about the green leather jacket in the window and he continued to scroll on his phone bent over the glass fixture towards the back of the store. I asked again and he walked off to the back of house. No one in the store acknowledged me and that’s how you lose business. The female employee saw me but I was already turned off by the lack of service. Please note that everyone is a customer and it’s disrespectful to ignore anyone walking in. Maybe I’ll try again later down the road but as of right now, no thank you.
