- CBCheryl BayMar 4, 20241.0After purchasing some items at Gliks, I was informed by Martha that if I wanted to return any items then I am required to give them all of my personal information and be put in their system. I think this is unlawful to require such a thing. As a customer I know I can go to Buckle and get similar items without all the strong arm tactics. I also know that my receipt clearly states that all I need is my receipt and makes by no mention of requiring any personal information. So,if I choose to return my items you can bet I will.Customers refuse to give any personal information and if you want to bring anything back then do it with your receipt.Gliks needs to retrain their employees, the store in Kearney does this as well or don’t shop there.
