  Yesterday I used the online ordering system for Balloons by Misti to create and deliver a balloon bouquet to a friend who was undergoing knee replacement surgery the next day at Altru. It was my first purchase with this company, but I have seen and admired Misti’s arrangements at several functions over the years. I often catch a glimpse of her colorful delivery vehicle making its way around the streets of GF, so the business is top-of-mind for me. Because we winter in the South, I was in need of a company that was self sufficient as well as trustworthy. Misti is a business owner who understands the complexity of good customer service! She handled everything in my order from creation and design to hand delivery of the finished product in the correct Altru complex. My friend was delighted to find the beautifully impressive balloon display in her room upon return following the surgery. I am grateful for the superb service and thoughtful follow-through provided by Misti and I’m happy to award her a five-star review!

  Balloons by Misti, Wow whee!! Fantastic!! Talk about customer service. Couldn't ask for anything better then what Misty provided. On short notice, one day prior to the event of a marriage proposal. Misti used her time and talent to provide a very unique proposal experience. Creating a 3-ft..( Marry Me?! ) sign equipped with lights. She set -up the displayed in the dark when a celebration was going on in the house, unknown to the bride-to-be. What a amazing surprise for the bride to be, when she was told to look out the front window.. they're waiting for her was the love of her life on bended knee in front of Misti's MARRY ME?! sign. Misti definitely made a difference in the lives of others with her personal touch and creativity. I highly recommend her for your next special event.

  I found Misti from a google search. I live in another state and my grandson wanted balloons for his 3rd birthday. Misti asked me a few questions and designed an AMAZING balloon arrangement! She sent a picture of the completed work, but I was floored when my son sent a picture of my grandson discovering his balloons. It was HUGE! He carried them all over for days. Thank you for making one of my grandson’s birthday wish come true!
