    Great shopping experience with girl and the salesman Gerald was the best part of the trip. He was so helpful and very friendly. Helped me put my boots on that I purchased and just a wonderful personality. Great asset to the company

    I could not be more pleased with my experience today! My 4 year old is getting ready to start dance classes, and I needed to get her ballet and tap shoes, as well as tights and a leotard. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. Deb (I think that was her name - I'm horrible remembering names lol) greeted me right away and asked if she could help. I told her the reason for my visit, and expected that she would simply point me in the right direction. However, I was pleasantly surprised that she basically became my personal shopper - she showed me different shoes, made recommendations, fitted my daughters feet, and helped fit her so that her shoes would be just right! She was soooo good and patient with my daughter (fitting a 4 year old isn't easy!) and it was clear she knew what she was doing. She also listed to any concerns I had about the fit of the shoes and took the time to explain everything to me. She also took time to tell me about the sales and specials, which ultimately saved me money! When we had finished deciding on shoes, Deb let me explore the area for the other items I needed and let me know that she was there to help if I needed her. And then, when I was in the dressing room, she knocked on the door to let me know she was going on her break and to tell me the name of another associate who could help if I needed anything else. To me, that was going above and beyond! This was my first trip to a Lebos, but it most certainly will not be my last. The service was professional, friendly, and by far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Lebos for hiring such a wonderful employee!
