- NSNathalie SuarezDec 23, 20252.0Great prices and great staff overall. BUT, the manager (or supervisor) is an horrible person, she isn’t great, she is very rude and disrespectful, she doesn’t know how to work with the public and she has a very poor customer service to the point that I had to tell her that I didn’t want her to take care of me and I told her “you’re being very disrespectful and that’s not ok” and she said “THATS FINE”. She has a piercing on her eyebrow and she is brunette. I don’t know if she has a bad day that day, but she wasn’t nice at all. At the very end I told the guy who took care of us that I feel sorry for him, because if she is like this with the customer I cannot imagine how she is with her coworkers.
