It would not let me checkout online and so when I went to the counter I asked if academy does price matching to their online price and the cashier jade told me no. She told me to show her me trying to check out online and I did. To my surprise it finally worked! I asked her if we were good then and she said yes. We purchased a drink and then she said "you have to wait 15 min before you can leave". I asked why and she said so she can clear the order because I could just walk out and cancel. I told her I wished she would have said something before I purchased it or when I asked if we were good. We stood to the side and waited and she came up to us and told us we were carrying a different product than we paid for even after she saw me scan the canopy and pay for it right in front of her. I told her we are done playing games and need a manager. The manager came and confirmed we had the right product we paid for and we expressed that jade was not professional and told her to her face she wasn't professional and handled it wrong. No apologies. Nothing. The manager told us to wait that we could not yet leave and held his arm out to keep us from moving away from the counter. A moment later he told us we were good. We will NEVER shop with academy again. They just lie to you and treat you like a thief.
