I pulled 5 diffent bikes down, one from the second row, and tried checking them which was tough since there was no stand to set them on to see if the alignment was on, if the shifters were smooth etc, and put them all back up, all on my own. There were probably 5 other people who came through looking at bikes while I was there but non were employees asking if they could help. Decent selection but with no one to answer the questions I had I left.
