I went online to purchase Another color Carhartt hat from the Farm and Home store. I had purchased several of their inventory stock and wanted to continue building my collection. Unfortunately, "Just in Time ordering inventory system or JIT" does not account for possible store shortages. The Farm and Home store website indicates in hand stock for my desired item it was not available, After Looking in store. Conflicting information compared to the online inventory. I looked ignorant but I was not. It felt awkward shopping wanting to give my money that doesn't seem right. If you tell me that you're calling we have made an agreement don't just pacify me to get rid of me that is poor management. Walmart knows this.
