His welcoming and positive attitude immediately drew me into the store. He made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to try on styles I never would have picked for myself. Not only did the clothes look great, but they also made me feel confident and beautiful. Alexander has an exceptional eye for styling and ability to build instant rapport. I do not usually enjoy shopping for clothes, but I am looking forward to returning to Michael Kors at the St. Louis Galleria.
