They are friendly, kind and very informative on helping you make your decision. The store manager is a great knowledgeable guy. He is very friendly very welcoming, as well as the other employees this place will continue to get my business as long as they are as friendly as they were the first time I came in. They made everything seamless. The transition was great and they made me feel like my purchase was really good and the most important one of them are they told me if I wasn’t happy with the product feel free to return it for a full refund That made me feel really great. Made me feel that they understood me as a person not just as they sell overall, once again the customer service was top-notch. Looking forward to buying another backpack soon.
