  I really like Academy Sports but this location seems to lack things that the other stores have. Went in looking for a pair of shoes that I had seen at another location but they didn't even have the style of shoes. I don't buy shoes online because of my feet issues and really hoped that the location closest to me didn't even offer them.

  Today I witnessed a horrible interaction that one of your managers had with a gentleman they were very loud and obnoxious that I heard them by the women section which grabbed my attention . Paul and Eric is there name I don’t know what took place with the gentleman and the employee I was just so chocked the way they were speaking to him and such a rude manner I’m hoping it isn’t a RACE thang the gentleman was African American The employee are caucasian and myself is Caucasian as well. Which I did not getting treated as rudely as the gentleman did . This encounter made me feel unsafe at this store . I thank after hearing the tone in that manager voice and the way they treat there paying customers,I will just stay closer to home which is my liberty location.

  Tried to return my firefield Red dot optic with my ID and the same card that I used to purchase it with. Paul and Eric (team lead and manager) argued & claimed My item wasn't resellable even though I have returned two to three optics of the same brand in the past like this. They then proceeded to tell me that I cannot buy optics to test them and return them if I don't like them. They also told me that I could go ahead and try at another sporting academy. I Will not take another trip and travel to this location ever again, nor do I feel like shopping at any sporting academy after this experience, I spend good money here and felt mistreated, very poor customer service.
